Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative alternative medical model improving access to high functioning healthcare with a simple, flat, affordable membership fee. No fee-for-service payments. No third party billing. The defining element of DPC is an enduring and trusting relationship between a patient and his or her primary care provider. Patients have extraordinary access to a physician of their choice and physicians are accountable first and foremost to their patients.

Affordable, transparent costs based on a periodic overall flat rate (i.e. membership or subscription). Patients pay for their care directly to the physician. Dr. Roberto Fars MD

Dr. Fars has been in practice as a board certified internal medicine physician for nearly 20 years. His practice has taken him from a private practice in Sheridan, Wyoming, into skin procedures, and as a hospitalist for the past decade. He started the Hospitalist Program in Douglas, Wyoming, where his group was able to win the Press Ganey Award in 2016 for inpatient services in the state of Wyoming. He also has developed clinical interests in Mitochondrial function, and bio-energy medicine and Epigenetic approaches to medical practice. He finds the best medicine is that which combines complementary Holistic and alternative therapies with conventional western medicine.

Originally from Italy, Dr. Fars studied medicine at the University of Bologna. He dreamed of hunting and eventually immigrated to the United States. Although he trained in residency in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, where he also served as Chief Resident, his drive for hunting led him to Wyoming where he has practiced medicine ever since(2001)

Dr. Fars is married to his beautiful wife Riley with two teenage sons Rhett and AntonioIf you ask his family, they will tell you that Dr. Fars always wanted to be a cowboy, but he became a mountain man instead, taking to the high peaks in search of elk and bragging rights, or at least some good stories to be told at hunting camp. In his spare time, Dr. Fars enjoys spending time with his family.
