Travis has been Paramedic for 12 years as well as a Critical Care Flight Medic for the past 5 years. Practicing emergency and critical care medicine in various arenas such as emergency departments, ambulances, fire departments, helicopters, and airplanes Travis has experience treating and caring for the sickest of patients in many different environments.
Travis has been a field training officer, preceptor, and an educator in his time as a Paramedic. Being a mentor to his peers and a leader for aspiring clinicians has been a driving passion for Travis. However, his primary passion is advocating for his patients and providing them with a high level of care and skill. In 2013 he developed a protocol for prehospital providers to care for a pediatric patient in the community who suffered from adrenal insufficiency.
When Travis isn’t busy with work you can find him overlanding in the mountains with his beautiful fiancé and his golden retriever pup. On Saturdays you’re likely to find him at a rugby pitch or the lake soaking in some sun and getting some of that fresh Wyoming air.

Sarah Bieber has been in the medical profession for more than two decades. She has been practicing as a Registered Nurse for the last 10 years in her hometown of Casper Wyoming. She graduated with her ADN from Casper College and her BSN from Governors University in Salt Lake City Utah. She has been working towards her MSN through Governors University. Other career highlights include working as a case coordinator, clinical specialist, teaching assistant, charge nurse, and staff nurse in multiple care areas from ICU to outpatient and operating room.
Her passion for helping patients create and live a healthy life for themselves has been shown through the compassion and care she gives to each client that walks through the doors of Yellowstone IV lounges and DPC.

Raegen has been a RN since 2015, where she graduated from the Sheridan College Nursing Program. She began her career as a Labor and Delivery/ Newborn Nursery RN. During her years in the L&D, she was known for making sure her patients received the highest level of care at the most special time in her patient’s lives. After having children of her own, she transitioned into the school setting where she cared for children with a variety of medical needs. She continues to sub for the RNs within the Converse County School District when needed to insure each child is cared for. She began working with Dr. Fars in July of 2022.
